(1) Give us a call to select exactly what you want. Now you know weights, colors, everything about what we will be sending to you. No backorders, or weeks waiting for product to come in. Order what you want, not what someone else thinks you want.

Sure it takes a little time, but in the end, the result is what counts. I believe in satisfied customers, and I am willing to talk directly with you to answer your questions.

(2) We pull your products immediately, and put them on hold.

(3) We will then give you a total. Or call you back as soon as possible.

(4) Mail your money order, certified check, or personal check to us. We may hold your personal check until it clears. If you choose to use a credit card let us know first. Paypal is our credit processor online. There is a .04 charge. We will wave this amount if the order is over $100.00

(5) We mail out your order, after we receive payment.

(6) You receive exactly what you expected, not a substitution. Everybody's happy.
